Ken graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 1959 with an Engineering degree and registered
in Texas to practice Engineering in 1966. He has spent 46 years in the sales, service and application of
instrumentation, meter, valves, pumps and related components covering refining, marketing, production,
pipeline and water works. Ken has provided technical training through seminars and schools to engineers
and field service personnel. The last 39 years have been spent with Linco-Electromatic, Inc. as an owner and
Director of the Corporation. |

Bob spent four years at Tarleton State University studying Pre-Med. He has spent 31 years in industrial
sales covering the petroleum industry and associated markets in West Texas. He has been with Linco-Electromatic,
Inc. for 23 years in the sales and application of our products covering pipeline, refining, gas plants and marketing.
He is President of the Corporation and has held this position for the past 6 years. He is a member of the Board
of Directors of the Corporation. |

Bill graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 1972, with a BBA
Degree in Accounting. Bill received his certificate as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas in 1976. He
has spent 34 years in the field of accounting serving in various staff and management positions for petroleum
industry related companies. He has been with Linco-Electromatic, Inc. for 25 years. He is currently
Executive Vice-President and Treasurer of the Corporation and is on the Board of Directors of the Company
and is responsible for finance, accounting and information systems. |

Glen graduated from Texas A & M University in 1970 with a Degree in
Engineering. After graduation, he spent seven years as a special projects coordinator and production
control supervisor for NL Industries in Houston, Texas. The last 22 years have been spent with
Linco-Electromatic, Inc. serving in Corpus Christi and Houston, Texas as a Branch Manager responsible
for sales and application of all our products covering production, pipeline, marketing, refining and gas
plants. In November 2004 Glen was transferred to Midland and promoted to Systems Engineering Manager. Glen
is currently Senior Vice President of the Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. |

Ellen has been with Linco-Electromatic, Inc. for 19 years. She spent 10 years in the accounting department. She was hired as a clerk in 1987 and promoted to Accounting Coordinator in 1989. In January 1997, Ellen was promoted to the Executive Assistant to the President. Her duties now include coordinating activities between Department heads, the President and the Chairman of Board. She coordinates, maintains, and updates our Strategic Business Plan and all departmental Operating Procedures. Ellen coordinates the automated business program for the company supplying training, instruction, and troubleshooting internal issues. Ellen is Secretary of the Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors. |

Wade graduated from Texas Tech University in 1987 with a Degree in Petroleum Management. After graduation, he spent two years as a production analyst for an independent oil company. Wade spent 4 years in Inside/outside Sales in our Corpus Christi office. In 1995, Wade was promoted to the position of Project Engineer for our fabricated systems group in Midland, Texas, and has held that position for 10 years. Wade is a member of the Board of Directors for the Corporation. |

His responsibilities include electrical/electronic field start-up assistance, warranty, repair, maintenance, and application of instruments, valves, and meters in the production, marketing, pipeline, and refining of hydrocarbons. As the Automated Systems Supervisor, David also designs automation systems; writes custom software packages, and provides associated start-up assistance. |

Wade graduated from Texas State Technical College in 1994 with a degree in Automation /Robotics Technology. After graduation, he spent seven years in the plastic bottle manufacturing industry. Wade has been with Linco-Electromatic, Inc for 5 years in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of automated equipment. As Manager of the Electrical Department, he is responsible for completing electrical wiring projects, helping to develop electrical schematic drawings, as well as supporting the electrical needs of the Fabrication and Automation department. |

Julie graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in 1986 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design Communication. After graduation she spent four years working as a designer for a film company in San Diego, California. She has been with Linco-Electromatic, Inc. on a part time basis since August of 1996. Julie heads up the in-house Graphic Arts Department. She is responsible for designing and developing all corporate literature and handles the advertising. Julie also helps develop and update the company web site. |

Glenn spent three years at Texas Tech University studying Business. In 1965, Glenn started a 31-year long career with Mobil Pipeline Company working as a Field Gauger, Pipeline Operations Controller, NGL Supervisor, Division Chief Gauger, Pipeline Area Supervisor and Measurement Advisor. During those years, Glenn's responsibilities included the monitoring and maintaining of measurement within ñ .05% of annual volumes, supervising 8 measurement technicians and certification on 75 Company provers, conduct measurement audits on the Alyeska Pipe Line, Cook Inlet Pipeline, Olympic Pipeline and other Mobil Crude and Products Pipeline Systems. Glenn has spent the last 4 years with Linco-Electromatic, Inc. as a contract Measurement Consultant providing technical training classes, measurement audits and resolving measurement discrepancies. |
