Background

Linco-Electromatic, Inc. was founded in 1967 and is presently in its 39th year of consecutive service. The Company is a Texas Corporation that was formed to serve the Petroleum Measurement Industry through the representation of key manufacturer accounts and through development of related products and services. Emphasis has been on serving the liquid and gas hydrocarbon measurement field through “custody transfer” metering systems. Custody transfer is defined as being the transfer of ownership of hydrocarbons from a seller to a buyer. Key strengths have been through customer service, state-of-the-art technology, a strong management team and innovative marketing. Overall, our company can be characterized as a high profile, aggressive distributor and quality manufacturer of measurement equipment and services with the emphasis on ‘single source” and attention to the customer’s needs.

Linco-Electromatic, Inc. is headquartered in Midland , Texas and operates out of (9) locations. The main office complex is located in Midland, Texas and consists of three (3) buildings which house Sales, Inventory, Engineering, Electrical Manufacturing, Automation, Accounting and a Fabrication Facility. A second facility is located in Odessa, Texas on a 10-acre fenced tract, which includes a Fabrication Facility and a Machine Shop. Other offices are located in Houston, Texas; Corpus Christi, Texas; Kilgore, Texas; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Denver, Colorado; Casper, Wyoming and Seattle, Washington.

Linco-Electromatic, Inc. offers single source responsibility and maintains a highly trained staff of designers, engineers, technicians, fabricators and ASME code welders. The complete shop fabricating complexes occupies over 10,000 square feet of totally enclosed facilities at two locations. Both fabricating locations house the most up to date equipment and facilities, which includes inside flow testing that allows testing of pre-fabricated metering systems prior to shipment and commissioning. Also, complete mechanical and electrical checks are made on all units prior to shipment, helping to minimize start-up problems on the job site.
